Typing a shorter portion will bring up a list of names that you can scan through to find your business. This may give you more success than searching for the entire name, and not finding any exact match. |

						2. Use just the first word in the name (after “the” or “a”).

						3. Use just the first portion of the first word in the name (after “the” 
						or “a”).
						 -- If your business name is Oldtown Mill, search for Old.  |

						4. Use only the portion of the name BEFORE any punctuation.
						 -- If your business name is Red’s Crossing, search for Red. -- If your business name is Stop-n-Shop, search for Stop.  |

						5. Don’t type “The” or “A” at the beginning.
						 -- If your business name is The Dew Drop Inn, try Dew Drop Inn, or just Dew Drop.  |

						6. Try alternate spellings, especially if the name contains punctuation marks

						 -- If your business name is R&D Market, try R and D, or vice versa. -- If your business name is 9 - 5 Deli, try 9-5 or 9 to 5. -- If your business name is 5th Street Market, try Fifth Street.  |
